License

Free version

PrivateTranscribe's free version is provided as-is for personal use. You may use it on any number of devices.

PrivateTranscribe Pro

PrivateTranscribe Pro is a one-time purchase that grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use all Pro features. Each license may be activated on up to 2 devices simultaneously.

You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your license key.
• Reverse-engineer or modify the software to bypass licensing.
• Use automated tools to generate or validate license keys.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in EUR and may be subject to local taxes (VAT). A valid license key is delivered immediately after purchase.

• PrivateTranscribe is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• We do not guarantee 100% transcription accuracy.
• Cloud transcription features depend on third-party providers.

Updates

Pro licenses include updates for the current major version (v1.x). Future major versions may require a separate purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
