How to request a refund
Email support@privatetranscribe.com with:
- Your license key or purchase email
- (Optional) reason for the refund — helps us improve
We'll process refunds within 5 business days.
After 30 days
Refunds after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. If something genuinely doesn't work and we can't fix it, we'll work with you.
What happens to your license
When a refund is processed:
- Your license key is deactivated.
- Pro features revert to free-tier behavior.
- No data is deleted from your device.
